About Us

Not everybody can do what we do – that’s because we do things differently.
We believe that finding the right connection between your business and the people you need shouldn’t rely on luck. At Divergence, we treat it as a science, driven by the experience, skills and knowledge of our directors and supported by the industry connections of our local, national and international partners in more than 55 countries.

Like What We Offer?

Divergence is a new and different way to connect people with business.
We’ve turned the traditional recruitment model on its head to deliver a customised, cost-effective, end-to-end solution. Our local, national and international networks are bursting with people searching for seasonal or permanent work in tourism & hospitality; and seeking flexible, short-term working contracts in mining, construction, aquaculture and civil projects.

Our people

All three Divergence directors have decades of experience and are recognised leaders in their particular areas of expertise. They have established innovative approaches to business challenges and have all managed multi-million budgets, large work forces and smaller operations.
Living and working internationally has given our directors a wealth of diverse experience. They all remain active in their specific industry fields and are represented on industry boards, associations and consultancies.
